About Hilary
HILARY SARGEANT | (BAppPsych (Hons), MClinPsych, MAPS)
Hilary Sargeant is a clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience. She is particularly interested in women’s health issues through the lifespan, and supporting clients impacted by cancer and other chronic illnesses, however, people of all genders are welcome.
Hilary is warm and engaging and enjoys working collaboratively with clients. Appointments are available during school hours in Deakin on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with additional telehealth sessions available on Thursdays.
Most clients are referred by their GP under a Mental Health Treatment Plan which provides 10 Medicare-rebated sessions per calendar year.
Clients with a self-managed NDIS plan and full-fee paying clients are welcome. Free street parking is available in Deakin and the rooms are accessible for those with mobility challenges or prams. There is an unattended waiting room with plenty of room.
Hilary balances her clinical work with family life. She is a keen Pilates practitioner, reads every day, loves music, Podcasts or a good TV show and enjoys baking from scratch.
